RAF Hunter F.5 for Strike Fighters 2

This is a simple mod of the excellent Third Wire Hunter to give a flyable F.5 with markings for No.34 and No.56 squadrons of RAF Middle East Command based in Dhimar during the mid to late 1950's.

Whilst both squadrons did actually operate the Hunter F.5 the markings for No.56 squadron are slightly 'generic' but the serial numbers are genuine enough. Two extra No.34 decals are included (34Patch and 34RoundelBars) if you prefer that squadron to have the same look as No.56 squadron and/or for you to use elsewhere.

Regards

No problem mate.

It had a short life (1956-1958) didn't it? The Sapphire Hunters were generally regarded as being better than the Avon equivalents but the only explanation I've ever seen about their early demise is that the RAF wanted to standardise on the one engine type for their Hunter fleet. I'm not too sure about that.
