WilliVonBill 0 Posted March 31, 2009 Hey, I'm tryin guys... but Avangate is giving me errors when I try to finalize the purchase. I went though the possible causes the error message gave, but none of them applied. The card is good and and is active for online purchases (I used it to buy my upgrades for my PC, so I know it works); double checked the data entry on my part and it was all present and accounted for. Still no go. Anyone else having this problem or am I just the lucky one?
Cameljockey 3 Posted March 31, 2009 Paypal works like a champ. I ordered my disk on Friday 30 Jan and it was in the box on Monday 2 Feb, over the weekend. They put rocket boosters on it! CJ
shredward 12 Posted March 31, 2009 Hi Willy, There can be problems if your addresses don't match up - billing address, mailing address, email address, PayPal etc. Seems like everything has to be linear, or the Avangate protocol balks. It can make you crazy trying to straighten it out, but you will eventually. If that was any help... shred

WilliVonBill 0 Posted March 31, 2009 (edited) Thanks for the support guys. It finally went through... but it was all a bit insane, I must say. I do believe the checkout site was a bit wonky this evening, noticed that a verfication text box finally showed up on the checkout page that wasn't there the first four times I tried checking out. Hopefully I won't be charged for 5 copies of OFF! Of course if I am... I'll just come lookin' for you Shredward! S!
