zagnut Posted December 18, 2003 Posted December 18, 2003 Hi all, Is anyone using the X-45 with LOMAC, b/c I've reset the axis controllers, and everytime I load a new flight it doesn't work (Of course I hit alt-q to take over flying after startup -s-) Anyone have any ideas? Quote
BirdDogg Posted December 18, 2003 Posted December 18, 2003 I use the X45, I've not had the problem your talking about though. What you can try is: Go to your LOMAC dir on your harddrive select your Input directory(for controllers) I believe it's Lomac\bazar\Input or Control, and right-click the diretory folder, and uncheck the read only box. make sure to apply this change to all files. This should allow you to save your input changes. Hope this helps BirdDogg. Quote
bflagg Posted December 18, 2003 Posted December 18, 2003 Go to your Lomac install directory, right click , properties, and uncheck "read only". "apply to all folders and subfolders". If that doesn't work, go to the contollers directory and remove their predefined X45 config file. Hey on my box, occasionally the X45 becomes unresponsive totally and I have to reboot to get it back. Power savings is turned off on the USB hubs so I'm out of Ideas (there is a USB patch - post XPsp1 - on MS site) Quote
grmcle Posted December 18, 2003 Posted December 18, 2003 Recently I read that the X-45 must be programmed in the stick profiler software only to be able to function properly. Quote
