SumnerFram2 and CVA-63 are both WoV and SF2V ground objects, so you'll have to purchase either of those titles in order to obtain those two ships.

also, out of sheer curiosity, how many theards will there be with basically the same questions?? Have you looked in the KB? There's a wonderful thread in there, listing the object available, and hopefully, where to get them.
