Hey all, I'm working on the B-52H and I'd like to add the LITENING III to the left wing. Any of you 3D Max gurus have one that will work?

Here is a good pic of one.

BUFF with LITENING

PM me please.

Thanks!

LLTV and FLIR are the two undernose mounted "eyes". The targeting pod is mounted on a station in between the engine pods on the right or left wing.

During a nuclear attack, all windows of the crew cabin are supposed to be covered, to protect the crew from the light effect.

So these 2 pods are used to allow the pilots see outside the cabin and safely fly the aircraft.

Don't worry about painting it. I'll match it to the grey the BUFF is in.

As for mounting, I'm hoping to treat it as a weapon and place it as a non-jettisonable weapon in between the LITENING pod and the wing.

Storm,

You could wait for the later model B-52G and H models to be released...

That is what he has, the Phase V B-52H, which ST0RM and I havent released yet. We just dont have a pylon for it. The Late G has already been released.

Cocas,

Sounds great. And thanks for the reminder about the pilot trick.

Off to fly. I'll look for it when I land.

Thanks again!

Pylon incoming!!!!

Thanks cocas, ST0RM and I really appreciate this. The Phase V B-52H was the last one we have to release.
