In all honesty, they have had much uglier 2-seater designs. Take the MiG-25UB and Yak-38U for example... This one looks natural at least.

Hi Erik, there seems to be an issue with the downloads section - the thumbnail for each download does not show and when a file is downloaded, it is 0KB, a corrupted file.

Great model and skin on the Hornet, GKABS and daddyairplanes. The skin for the drop tanks though looks like still WIP, is it?

Thanks, no rush, really. I've been patiently looking for a SUU-21 since 2012, I can wait some more, especially since I can already enjoy it on your excellent F-1014G models My apologies to DEVIL11 for hijacking his thread.

Hi yakarov79, if you could release the SUU-21 dispenser as a separate model, that would be greatly appreciated. In fact, would it be possible to release 2 verions - one with permanently closed door and another with permanently open door?

Ravenclaw has made BDU-33 and BDU-48 training bombs, though I cannot remember if these were included in one of his weapons packs. If not in his weapons packs, I would check his F-4 mods.

To my knowledge, a true Harrier GR.5 model has never been released here on CA. The Harrier pack uploaded by dtmdragon back in 2014 contained a GR.5 mod created based on the GR.7 model with the FLIR sensor and ECM antennae under the nose removed by data.ini editing. The model of course is missing that characteristic "chin" of the GR.5.

Thank you, Sundowner, so do I understand correctly that the ShockStroke entry depends on the length of the shock absorber mesh, and so the entry is specific to the specific mod and not to the aircraft type in general? I mean if we had for example 3 different mods of a MiG-21bis, and each model has a different length for the shock absorber mesh, then each model would require a different ShockStroke entry equal to the absorber mesh length, right?

Hi guys, Could anyone explain how these settings for the landing gear work? ShockStroke= (what does the value mean or control and is it specific to the particular model?) SpringFactor= (what does the value mean or control?) DampingFactor= (what does the value mean or control?) Thank you in advance!

The new F-104 mods by yakarov79 have the Orpheus pod built into the aircraft model and this way the camera lids on the pod are animated - these open and close together with the landing gear retracting and extending respectively. So the "new" Orpheus pod is specific to the yakarov79 F-104s. The model is naturally much more detailed and with high-res skin. I love it...

Hi Ravenclaw, thank you for the hard work on the cockpits. Simply stunning job there. I have noticed, that the F-4F_80 cockpit comes with an updated aircraft data.ini file, but the loadout.ini file, which comes with the F-4F_80 mod does not match the updated data.ini. For example, the Sidewinder stations in the updated aircraft data.ini file take StationID from 13 to 16, while in the loadout.ini file these are from 10 to 13. Fixing this is pretty easy, hopefully everyone could do on their own, so just thought I should let you know.

It's not АП ВКЛФЧ but АП ВКЛЮЧ. I am not sure but it could stand for автоматическо повторное включение, which in English would sound like automatic restart.

If I may, I would say the centerline drop tank needs a major revision as the shape is close to what it should be, but not quite there. https://nationalsecurityjournal.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/J-10.jpg The shape should be much more pointy at the back and the fins should be a bit smaller so that they did not extend beyond the diameter of the tank. If you could fix the shape, that would great, I think.

Hi, there is one more thing to fix with the next update, hope you would not mind. The aircraft data.ini file refers to files AL-31F.wav for the main engine sound and AL-31F-AB.wav for the afterburner sound. These files however are missing in the Sounds folder and in there we have WS10B_0.wav for the main engine sound and WS10B_AB.wav for the afterburner sound. Since to my knowledge the J-10C is powered by the WS-10B engine, I would rather fix the aircraft data.ini file than add the AL-31F related sounds: [Sound] EngineSoundName=WS10B_0 AfterburnerSoundName=WS10B_AB StallSoundName=Stall_PLA DamagedEngineSoundName=PlaneFire BreathingSoundName=Breathing FlapsSoundName=Flaps AirbrakesSoundName=Airbrakes GearsSoundName=Gear LandSoundName=TireTouch
