WARP minimum speed and Mis.building

Warp speed - fixed in P3 suggest u buy P3 - there is no file that u can edit for this.

Not sure what you mean with the last post Buffin. Phase 3 Warp is available at 62MPH. Phase 2 it is 123MPH.
