Murphy'S Posted June 20, 2009 Posted June 20, 2009 i tried some ini editing but without any success so what are .ini to modify in any 3rd party terrain to add parked planes?
Guest rscsjsuso5 Posted June 20, 2009 Posted June 20, 2009 i will take the lead on this problem since i uploaded the terrain. goto your terrain folder look for for desert airfield 1 open it up to edit add ParkingChance=60 ParkingMaxSpan=18.0 Parking[01].Heading=0 for desert airfiled 2 ...................... ParkingChance=70 ParkingMaxSpan=18.0 Parking[01].Heading=0 airfield 3 ........ ParkingChance=70 ParkingMaxSpan=18.0 Parking[01].Heading=0 airfield 4 ....... ParkingChance=70 ParkingMaxSpan=18.0 Parking[01].Heading=0 air5 ParkingChance=60 ParkingMaxSpan=18.0 Parking[01].Heading=0 air 6 ParkingChance=65 ParkingMaxSpan=18.0 Parking[01].Heading=0 you should be aware that there are large parking spaces for planes like tu16 . you should also compare your airfield file of black sea to the original of going to extract desert.cat and take a very very closer look at every line and see what is missing. experimenting is the key and testing is a must but its worth it. this problem should only take 30mins or less to solve. attached is the edited airfield file of black sea. this problem has been touched up on many kb forum but the data has been left out third party terrain due to the creator wants aircraft to be like goundobjects. air.zip
+Wrench Posted June 20, 2009 Posted June 20, 2009 Or, even simplier ... use the terrain in a post-08 patch level game, and the parked aircraft should be automatically generated via the various airfiled inis wrench kevin stein
