Spinners Posted July 11, 2009 Posted July 11, 2009 View File Hawker Hunter F.4 For SF2:Europe 'Jever Wing' Hawker Hunter F.4 for STRIKE FIGHTERS 2:Europe This is a simple mod of the excellent Third Wire Hunter to give a flyable Hawker Hunter F.4 fighter-bomber with markings for No.4, No.93, No.98 and No.118 squadrons of the Royal Air Force in the mid-1950's period. All four squadrons equipped the Jever wing of the Second Tactical Air Force and they were tasked with securing air superiority over the North German plain. INSTRUCTIONS 1. Drop the Hunter_F4 folder into your Aircraft folder. 2. Sprinkle the contents of the Decals folder into your main Decals folder. Do not just move the folder! You must empty the contents in. N.B. If you haven't got a Decals folder inside your Objects folder then simply move my Decals folder into your Objects folder. NOTES This Hunter F.4 is set up, just like the real thing, with just the two inner-wing weapons pylons. MARKINGS All four squadrons did actually operate the Hunter F.4 but the markings are slightly 'generic' although the serials are accurate. CREDITS BIG THANKS to TK for the continuous improvement of a great little game/sim. And special thanks to everyone in the wider Third Wire community.
