Tonyo - legion 2 Posted July 17, 2009 (edited) Hi All, I went to the flying legends airshow last saturday, & was very pleased - to say the least, that there were the replica machines as shown below which actually flew in the airshow - although one of the fokkers didnt fly, as they couldnt start the engine!! There was also an 1918 original bleriot XI which also flew. - i have both on video, on my camcorder which i have yet to edit. Did anybody else go to see it? TonyO. Rickitycrate 10 Posted July 17, 2009 (edited) Wow! Wish I was there. Thanks for posting. I have to search and see if there are any airshows coming up in Minnesota or Wisconsin. Iknow they won't have these great crates but airshows are always a good time. Oh yes Oshkosh is end of this month. I did see a Camel repro there maybe 10 years ago.
