Found this English or American documentary film on YouTube, in five parts.

As it is in English, I thought you might like to know more about

Okay, so I've been wondering. Does anyone record these You Tube vids to dvd? Is this possible. Our computers can do a lot of wonderful magic. I am just the knucklehead that hits the right key once in a while. If for some reason what I ask is illeagle please disregarde and chalk it up to ignorance.

You're not alone, Rickity - I understand next to nothing about these rigs we fly (Lol!)

My friend and neighbour envies me for my wonderful install and setup of BHaH. His rig is much more

modern and faster, but doesn't perform the sim as well as mine. In an hour, we shall have a "flying

evening" again. First he flies, then me. We have own pilot pics in our logs, and he is learning to handle

the flying with TrackIR, which he will get as soon as possible. Will be fun.

That clip "Udet - Wunder des Fliegens" is a great link, thanks, DerMo.

I have very mixed up feelings watching it. When I see pictures of my own childhood in the

late 50s, they don't look much different. I hadn't known, that there was so much film with

Udet. A pity he couldn't have been just a civil pilot, maybe on expeditions, or in Canada.

Makes me also very sad..His passion for flying did cost him his life in the end.Der Dicke Göring (or should i say Meier to him?!!!)offered him the money for two Curtiss Hawk:`Go over to Amerika and buy those helldiving machines. One for my Luftwaffe for testing and the other one is for you,Ernstl. In return you will come to my Luftfahrtministerium...Deal??´

Deal ..with the devil

I wish he had not.
