Uhu Posted August 6, 2009 Posted August 6, 2009 Hello! I thought that I did see a thread here at CA how to make a working install of MiG Alley. I want to install this game because I own it for more than 7 years now, but I NEVER ever managed to try it thoroughly out (well, only with a framerate of 0.5 to 1 per second on a old Pentium 166 with 4 MB video ram ^^) ... I never possessed a DOS-based computer powerful enough for simming needs, only since I switched to XP I owned systems with enough graphic and CPU power for some sims. Is there somebody here with some advices at hands? How should I use the compatibility mode? Greets, Uhu

Uhu Posted August 8, 2009 Author Posted August 8, 2009 Well, the download from your link contains only some torrent files, not exactly that what I expect for a game patch. Anyway, I've installed the game (version 1.0.0.1), made every EXE running in Win95 compatibility mode and got the following error (screenshot): Dunno what's the problem... Do I have too MUCH memory that cant't be handled / adressed for this compatibility mode? Greets, Uhu
