I was planning PM'ing all of these folks, but thought I'd try the mass approach first. If your name is here, and you are or aren't OK with us using your work, please let me know (either in this thread or through a PM).

Also if you know that one of these guys isn't around anymore (or that they will or will not be OK with us using their), let me know as well.

Thanks!

You should be good with everyone on that list. Just give them credit. If anyone has a problem, (not saying there will be) I will handle it.

Can you say something how well your enhancement might work with malibu43's great SF2V Air and Ground War Expansion Pack v1.0 already installed?

Oh, must have been sleeping: it's you yourself (malibu43) working on this new enhancement.......clapping.gif

So, is it fair to say both will fairly well work together/v2.0 will be an "easy dub-install" to v1.0? Would be awesome..drinks.gif

There are a TON of changes in v2.0. Like, a lot. Seriously...

I can see if we can create some sort of upgrade package, but it would be complicated, as you'd have to go in and delete lots of individual files, folders, etc... Your best bet would be to back up your existing v1.0 folder, delete everything, and install v2.0. If there were things you had added to your install that are not in v2.0, go to your back up folder and re-install them.

And thanks, Dave! That's a relief to not have to get all those permissions individually!

Hum, wouldn't it be possible/a way out if one just installed v2 over the existing files (a backup of the old folder should be a no-brainer)? Any file already existing would be asked if it shall be overwritten, right?

I guess it would be quite troublesome to identify all those mods that came with v1, as they have been extracted into all those folders (like "objects" for example) already...

Anyhow: I am already VERY curious what will be in your v2!clapping.gif
