Making sure I Understand

Having read the SF2 KB on separate installs i copied the exe file moved it to my desktop. ran it all i got was a (what i named that install) folder in my saved games/.../ mods folder. having re-read it should i put an x after SF2E folder and its options.ini folder then install? got some tooling around i want to try and really dont wanna mess up my original install esp after getting my personal upgraded planes where i like em. like the title says think i have the answer but confirmation or redirection if im wrong would be apprreciated. thanks

Make a copy of the exe - keep it in the main SF2 install folder with the other exes

rename it to daddy1.exe for example

 

double click it to run the game - then exit

 

go to your mod folders there will be a new one called daddy1

thanks migbuster that did the trick tho i notice it comes up as SF2 with germany ce terrian instead of SF2E. no worries though works for my purposes. yesterday i copied the exe and pasted it to my desktop before running. once again thanks!

You should leave the exe where it is - just create a shortcut to it and put that on the desktop
