Wingman Comands

Hey, anyone know what the various wingmen comands do? It seams every time you need them there halin but back to the airfeild. They like to stay out of range and whach you take on four F-15s, am I doing something wrong?

Maybe you are doing something wrong. I have never had any trouble getting them to engage anything. Rather i have had a hard time keeping them out of trouble as they seem rather suicidal to me.

 

What mission? What type of plane? What opposition?

Most of the time i'm flying A mig -29s-27 or 33 because the F-15C could'nt hit A 747 in A broom closet. Besides I like the helmet mounted sight. Anyway I order them to engage bandets at about 20m at 2000 to 5000ft with R-77 or R-27ETs (70m IRs). They confirm the orders then run like a mexican water thru A American tourist, leave'in me to face the wrath 4 or 5 F-15s. Incidentally when the computer is flying the F-15, it has no problem shooting you down!
