Listened to it yesterday... Since R4 doesn't reach our parts, have to resort to dark places where people put up programs recorded off the air. Thanks to them I've enjoyed the whole series of The Burkiss Way and I'm Sorry I'll Read That Again. The Fast Show didn't really get me hooked... The shows with a large set of recurring characters feel kinda boring, 'cause the whole point of the sketch is clear after few first lines, and then you just wait for the punchline they've used a dozen times already. One or two such trademark faces are fine, but the whole program made out of them is way too much for me. Quote

MigBuster Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 (edited) Mitchell and Webb are best in The Peep Show - a realistic based comedy where you get to hear what the main characters are thinking and see views through their eyes.
