CA loading/skin

nothing big but using firefox and go to CA top portion of main site the error is "Warning: sprintf() [function.sprintf]: Too few arguments in /var/www/vhosts/combatace.com/subdomains/forum/httpdocs/cache/skin_cache/cacheid_4/skin_portal.php on line 121

 

 

the site works great just this error just to let any1 know about it probably its the theme/skin.
