how to adding ILS to non-MFD pits

I'm trying to add a ILS crossbar on the ADI ball for non-MFD pits. I was told there was a way to do that by adding an artificial horizon. And there was a post about it long time ago. Anyone has idea where to find it?

I know for sure that in SF2 series no-HUD pits have ILS bars either on their art. horizon ball or on a special director panel. Maybe even stock WoI pits had them.
