I'm working on an experimental ECM aircraft. Can anyone tell me

 

1.which particular parameter in Aircraft_Data.ini decides RCS of an aircraft?

2. Can RCSModifier and HeatSignatureModifier parameter be greater than 1.0 ?

1. AFAIK, nothing in the .ini. The base RCS appears to be calculated from the actual 3D model's scale measurements (ie, 10 meters squared, etc).

2. Yes
