Morden A2A Missile Problem

Recommended Posts

After a AI aircraft fired a Missile(such as R-77M,AIM-120C or some very long range missiles, and almost AHM missiles?),and the missile fly a short distance (1 or 2 km?),then the missile lost contorl and destoried it self...

It looks like missile seekers can't lock anything...

I don't know how to fix this problem,is this a AI problem or a weapon problem?

It's probably the targeted aircraft notching or beaming. Sometimes I get a good solid hit from a notch or beam hit, or sometimes I miss. It's not just you :good::wink:

The Max Launch Distance is farther than the missile's Seeker Range.

When you are in the distance, you can shoot it. but the missile cannot lock on its target because it is still out of its seeker's range.

Thanks,I found this problem too.

I checked, the after the AHM was fired, they keep in SAHM mode, and come into seeker's range,IIRC.But TW games doesn't support this?

If we set all seeker's range of AHM missiles to lanunch range?
