Windows Seven and Strike Fighters Weapons Editor

Hello I recently got a new computer and after installing Wing Over Europe and the pre Strike Fighters 2 weapons editor, it refuses to work even after I set the compatibility to Windows 98. I apologize if this has been addressed, but I searched the forum high and low and could not find a solution to the problem

Try running it from inside a winRAR archive.

I have w7 as well. I noticed the weapon/guneditor do not work if they are run from a folder inside the WOE folder. Install it in a different folder and it should run and it should work even with no compatibility set up..
