Only a question: I found some kind of overlay in the area of junction of the vertical tail and fuselage ...

This is clearly seen when compared with the original model of the MiG-19S.

What is it?

The photos of real cars I have not noticed this.

Hi Epizikl

The junction is the tail base extension that was adopted to the late MiG-19P/PM/PT. Is possible that is not strictly correct in shape as the stock TW model have some differences in proportion to the real aircraft, especially in the tail section.
