hamfisted 0 Posted January 3, 2010 Hello all,need a bit of help here.Just did a HitR addon and got this message when trying to start a QC:Cannot locate CD ROM PatchDLL error:game terminated prematurely Patch memory sync:Done TerminateProcess0failed(5) I am running Windows 7 64,Have OFF BHaH disk in drive, both patches installed for it,HitR installed and patched. I removed OFF from control panel and reinstalled but get the same result.OFF was working in Windows 7 before installing HitR. Any ideas? Great work on this sim BTW! HumanDrone 4 Posted January 4, 2010 Just for further edification in case others have this problem and check for relevant threads, I think my CD drive is going bad. I had this problem last night, put the CD into my DVD drive, and viola! I'm flying again. I installed from the CD drive, and so I thought I'd have to keep it there, but apparently the program looks in any optical drive. Stay alive, gents! (and ladies, too, but it sounds so WWI-ish!)
