I just noticed that the enemy aircraft "locked" with the red square disappears at about 0.4

n miles from my sight! I can see any other plane in greater distances but not the "squared" one...I can even see it's exaust fumes but not itself. :dntknw:

It just pops up when the distance between us is -0.4 n miles.

Is this normal? Or I screwed anything up?

Is there a way to fix this by editing something?

Thanks.

I have SF2 combo... the mods involved were: F-86 E10 (my plane),

MiG-15 bis (enemy) and the map was: better textured Korea...

I was playing a single mission and while trying to save a wingman in trouble,

I noticed that I could see my frienly plane over 2 miles ahead but couldn't see the enemy I was chacing half a mile away. What I was seeing was an empty red square with exaust fumes that suddebnly became a plane when I reduced the distance to less than O.4 nm.

I double checked it and if I was targeting anything it disappeared beyond that distance.

I also checked the targeting system because I had changed it earlier to hard, but it was set to normal...don't know if it has to do with it in any case...
