What do I need to run OFF

Got a question from one of the contributors at The Aerodrome, and I don't have a clue how to answer it - there is a reason my colleagues only entrust me with care of the library!

And it is this - does he have a hope of running OFF with

AMD Sempron 3000, ATI Radeon 9550 and IGB RAM, 500GB HD

Al's pretty much right on the money with his appraisal.

 

I'll go out on a limb too and suggest that the guy would be looking at a bit of a slide show. Pretty weak hardware and really isn't up to snuff.
