Winston DoRight 3 Posted April 6, 2010 In our last mini-campaign we captured an enemy airfield and took possession of the Zeppelin that was based there. After a few repairs and a new paint job, we're ready to put it to use against enemy shipping in the channel. We'll mostly fly escort missions in our Sopwith Pups, but I may have a few surprise missions later on. Also, the Squadron Commander is looking for a pilot for our new craft. Anyone with airship experience is asked to step forward. The new campaign starts on Saturday 10 April at 10:00 am pacific daylight time. Be sure to get on teamspeak on-time or stop by during the week to download a few new extra files you'll need. New players welcome, but please get a checkout before Saturday. Here's a preview video. http://tinypic.com/r/9zrq04/5 or http://www.zshare.ne...65680264e9304e/
Ras 0 Posted April 6, 2010 Good luck with your flights, Winston. Multiplayer is a goal of mine, but with no computer (gaming) in recent weeks and the near future, looks like I will be waiting for some time in order to try and join some online time. I have been involved with a lot of that with a group I am involved with in FSX/FS9 and it is great to be involved in that way. So hope continues to get smoother for the group that participates
catch 81 Posted April 7, 2010 Lol Winston I like it .... one day I'll get online definitely assuredly certainly possibly maybe perhaps. I think that covers it. Looks like fun. The Zeps in OFF are easy to fly. It's the departure and arrival that have Hindenburgian overtures of disaster. I have a dream that one day ....

The great thing about the Saturday sessions is that we plan on having them for quite sometime to come. Get a checkout and drop by anytime you can, whenever you can, stay as long as you can, and leave whenever you need to. There's no strings attached to my MP Saturdays, and "No Pilot left behind". Which means we will work with you on your checkout to make sure you have all the files needed and can connect properly.
themightysrc 5 Posted April 7, 2010 Winston, I'm sorry to say that I can't make this Saturday, as I'm off boardgaming elsewhere with mates - it's a long arranged date and can't be avoided. If Vasco isn't currently running a campaign on Sundays, might that be a good time to run yours? If not, I'll try and make at least one evening a week free, as it's brilliant to be able to dip in and out for an hour or so during the week. Cheers, Si

If there's nothing better to do we can fly Saturdays missions again.
