Lots of screen tearing with new monitors

Hi I never had any screen tearing with my 2007fp triple monitors, and I just got three Dell U2410's today and I am getting annoying screen tearing, it seems to just be relegated to OFF which is very strange.

 

Any advice to fix this? How do you cap frame rates again? Is there a Vsync Option with OFF?

Force Vsync in your graphic card drivers.

Eh, I fixed the tearing issue! I updated the graphics drivers to 10.4a and that did the trick, now I am in triple widescreen goodness! Thanks for your replies guys!
