Irfanview

I installed Irfanview to check out the OFF skins ( Hopefully I would like to do a few later on) Found OBD files for the skins but get error msg about adding plug ins to open OFF skin airplane folders. I went back to the Irfanview site and all it wants to do is Down load the same progrm over and over. The question is there a another way to get into the file containing the OFF Skins? Irfanview works fine for me. Maybe you need the Irfanview "plugins".

Basically you need a DDS viewer.
