F5_HUD will put ammo counter on the screen.

 

I had to think about it for a minute since I don't use it. Damn, that tired me out: nap time. I'm having a senior moment now.

PS . . . senior hours are a beach, I get them rather often. I also suffer from advanced C. R. S. . . The best solution I've found, is I write myself many short notes.
