Third Wire tech/online store probs?

Anyone know if anything is going on at Third Wire? I purchased FE2 online last Friday and never received a confirmation email, a follow-up email bounced back today.

That sucks. You should have gotten a pass code to download FE2 right away. Try the thirdwire forums for some advice under tech support.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't see anything relevant in the tech forum yet. Yeah, I had bought SF1 a month or so ago and received the email immediately. I am trying to get ready for Caporetto!

Third Wire is operational AFAIK.

 

Did you try sending an e-mail to

 

support@thirdwire.com

I think the emails automated so probably relies on the correct email address being supplied and that you or your ISP is not blocking the email via some spam filter.

 

If you use Outlook and this is an ISP email address see if there is a way to access your mail over the web - it might be ina spam filter or something - pain I know.

 

Otherwise you could post in the TW forums - he looks in there most days.
