How to adjust altitude that *certain* aircraft perfer to fly at..

I've got the altitudes in Missioncontrol.ini set the way I want, but I can't get the Intruders to be assigned to fly at low altitudes. I've checked A-6A_DATA.ini, but I don't think it's there.

 

Is there a way to set up specific aircraft to prefer to fly at VERY_LOW, LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH, or VERY_HIGH?

Bombers are the only aircraft I know that have a specific parameter in the data.ini to set the altitude for their bomb runs.

Are those altitudes in meters or feet? I'm tweaking mine also.

TW mostly uses metric system in data. If only Red Crown could be switched too.
