Homeowner's insurance.

Most of you know I have a Rottweiler, named "Chief".

If I have not mentioned it before, Chief is a big baby. To put things into perspective, he licks clean our cats ears, for goodness sake.

To categorize Chief as a vicious dog would be ludicrous, and laughable. Truthfully, the only thing that gets Chief upset, is when he sees a bird in the sky, or a leaf blowing across the driveway. Even then, all he does is bark at it.

And so, I am in the process of arranging for homeowner's insurance for the house I am buying. Nowadays, one of the questions asked by the agent is, "Do you have a dog, and if so, does it have the breed of Rottweiler in its heritage?"

Naturally, I had to lie. (GASP!) Because if I told the truth, they would not provide coverage for my home.

Ridiculous? That ain't the word for it.

Now I ask you. Take a look at the attached picture, and tell me if you think my dog would be considered dangerous in any way?

By the way, this picture is another example of my wife's photography. Personally, I feel it is MORE than demeaning to my dog, and the proud nature of his breed!!!!

My wife has turned my dog into a woosy!
