thewoo1 Posted December 4, 2010 Posted December 4, 2010 guys I bought the dl when it came out....dont remember if I saved it on a flash drive or not......my computer is kaput... will I have to pay for the dl again for the new computer?
NS13Jarhead Posted December 4, 2010 Posted December 4, 2010 Hopefully when you downloaded HitR you saved it to your hard drive instead of installing directly from the download stream. Assuming you did, all you have to do is yank out the hard drive on the dead machine and plug it into the motherboard on your new one (btw, very sweet Alienware setup that you mentioned on the other post) and use the old primary drive as a secondary and copy the .exe (or .zip or .rar) to your new hard drive. While you're at it you can also copy over all your other important files that may not have been backed up on an archive drive.
thewoo1 Posted December 5, 2010 Author Posted December 5, 2010 thanks Jarhead...I have afile saved on a stick called overflandersfield_hitr.zip 429 mb do you think that is the file that ispurchased..is it that size?
+RAF_Louvert Posted December 5, 2010 Posted December 5, 2010 . TW1, that file size sounds about right for the HiTR expansion pack. .
Cameljockey Posted December 5, 2010 Posted December 5, 2010 I burned it to a disk as soon as I downloaded it!
