Fuza Posted December 13, 2010 Posted December 13, 2010 (edited) I created a mission with SA-3 only in the GroundObjects folder. Naturally, during mission, I only get hammered by SA-3. After the mission, I added back SA-2 into the GroundObjects folder, and ran the SAME mission for more than 5 times, no luck, SA-2 never showed up. I have made the ActiveYears, ServiceStartYear...the same to SA-2 and SA-3. I even hard coded a SA-2 site into the TARGET TYPES.INI and DESERT_TARGETS.INI files. So I went on to making a new mission, can't think of any other methods. In the new mission, SA-2 showed up! Now I am confused. It's not random, but you need to run a new mission... Gents what you reckon? Edited December 13, 2010 by Fuza Quote
Fubar512 Posted December 14, 2010 Posted December 14, 2010 In the SF1 series, it is, always has been, and always will be, random. Quote

Gents what you reckon? Did you save the mission after the first time you flew it? Or were you just selecting the same parameters from the single mission generator? *edit* - never mind. I see this is SF1. As Fubar stated, it's random. Sometimes the engine will pick the same thing several times in a row. Edited December 14, 2010 by malibu43 Quote
Fuza Posted December 14, 2010 Author Posted December 14, 2010 Well it's all about customized mission I made. Actually I have a side question: In Single Mission, the game generates the mission from what we select in Mission Type, Time, Weather...etc Where I can locate the mission, is it saved into a folder somewhere? Also, when running the game in Windows' mode, I hit the PrintScreen key but the screenshot never saved to the ScreenShot folder? Is it an issue? Quote
