Need help with the HUD and some other things

Hello,

 

I was thinking if there is a view available in the game so you can see your jet form the outside and at the same time you have your HUD in the middle of the screen so you can aim at the target and enjoy the game more. I remember Jane's USAF had something like that I think it was the F8 key. see the attached pic

 

and one more thing can someone give me some hint to how to drop my drub my bombs accurately.

regarding bombs - assume you want advice on the older jets without bombing aid such as CCIP or guided munitions - see here:

External view with HUD? never seen it although not to say it cant be done.

Personally the game HUD info is the first thing I get rid of

Thanks I was thinking of my son as we play together and it is really good to play it that way so he can see what is going on see these pics for any one interested in making something that will look like this .

From my perspective it may be doable but Strike Fighters was never designed to be played as such. You're better off getting something like Ace Combat or HAWX.

It's actually very doable with ini edits only but you'd have to modify every aircraft you want to fly to do it.
