No.

There is no way to convert it.

SF2 is a whole other Sim then SF1.

It uses other fileformates and codes.

Caused of that there is no way to convert the L-39.

Like Soulfeak sad, it isn't possible to be converted without having access to the 3d model. But you can be converted to SF2 easily.
