English Voice Mod for SF2

Is there an English voice mod for the ATC and Wingman in SF2? I found one for the 1st Generation games but im not sure if it will work with SF2 games, if anyone has any experience with any mods of this type please let me know.

SFP1 speech mods will work in SF2.

i tried one i found in the SF2 downloads but it didnt work very well, very distorted so ill keep looking.

search through the sf1 sound mods theres a few in there, im trying them all out.
