How to get another dvd as disc lost

Hi, I can't seem to find my OFFBHH dvd I bought a while ago. I have the hat in the ring dvd but can't find the main one. Does anyone know how to get an extra copy if you already paid the fist time. Who would i contact and do they have my name in their database so i dont have to pay a second time. thx.

You have a "Hat in the Ring" DVD?

I would guess, what you have there, is the original OFF DVD - "Hat in the Ring" addon

never came as a DVD, but as a download.

What i meant was the hat in the wring, was electronic dwld but i used cd wirter to burn to disc to keep a copy. But that is only expansion, not the main game dvd. i am looking for the main dvd or program.

Well, I am not OBD, but if I should judge this, I would say, you'll have to buy a new one.

Simply because otherwise, everbody could give the DVD to a friend, and ask for a new one.

It's a damn pity, but what else could they do?

true. But I was recently laid off from both my jobs so money is scarce as necessities prevail. Damn shame.

Yes - it's like crashing your car, or your PC going to hell - you need to earn the money for a new one.

I know it's tough these days - but maybe OFF can be an "engine" for your motivation.

Hi Dsawan - sorry but unfortunately we can't offer free replacements for lost discs. I know in your case you still have the HITR download but for anyone else.. even HITR you need to backup (as you have) or buy download insurance to keep the link available.

 

With regard to being laid off been there done that too as have others in the team so sorry on that.
