Roundels Trouble

Recommended Posts

Hello to CA people.I encountered troubles using the roundels, I am using Wings over Israel, I update it to the latest patch. In this case I want to use the Royal Egyptian roundel. You can notice the first pic the Meteor, look here the roundel works perfectly. In the second pic the MiG 17 doesnt work correctly according the decals and roundel for the Suez 1956. And finally the Mossie, the IDF roundel doesnt appear as planned (see the last picture that is how it would work) http://combatace.com...-mosquito-1956/. I hope you can help me in this.

Hiya Mate. Obvious things first;

Look at the decals.ini

What decals are being asked for?

Do you actually have those decals in the decals folder?

pathways are incomplete, and the AIRCRAFT folder name is incorrect ... you need the FULL path in the decals ini (pre-06 used the other method)

it should read:

/NAME of Aircraft/Name of Skin/D/Name of Decal

The NF12 that I made was RAF WW2 only; if you're going to try and convert to WoI (not really reccomended, btw), you'll have to complelty rewrite the decals ini to use/match the IDF decals

kevin stein

btw: they'd be FB.VI, not NF12s; allenjb did the IDF Mossies, based off Pasko's original FB.VI, so you may even have the wrong airplane!
