CatPack "file is not a proper cat-file"?

I am getting the error "file is not a proper cat-file" whenever I try to extract any of the SF2:E files with the catpack (1.12). What am I doing wrong?

If you have applied the May'2011 patch, just wait for the new cat tool to be released by Thirdwire.

yup, TK said it should be out sometime next week.

 

also, it appears that any mod that has a user-created cat is now non-functional as well. You'll probably have to extract all the bits, and place them in their proper folders (which, no doubt, will need to be created)
