By adding planes to a campaign, do you mean adding a air unit or changing a unit's aircraft? Of the two, the second is easier.

I just realized that this is the SF2 forum. I can't tell you how to add planes to a campaign for SF2 for certain, as I only make campaigns for the SF1 games.
