1. Has the nearest friendly AC command been left out, (keyboard Y) or am I having a snafu.

Thanx,

Run the TW installer as normal.

The tricky bit is that all mods and customized files need to go in your \Users\*username*\Saved Games\ folder. Substitute *username* with your Win 7 user name.

The SF2 games have been built by TW to install and run under Vista and Win 7.

I also direct my installs to a GAMES folder but I don't think that's required. You can let the installer default and I think you'll be fine.

Okay, thanx. And as to the Y visual command any ideas?

Which version are you running? It was left out of one of the SF2 patches - cant remember which one - but its back in newer ones - check old TW threads.

First version, 2008 unpatched. Thanx, perhaps a patch is in order.
