Turns out to be a guy named Simon Wilkinson in the UK. Operates a company called "The Blue Mask". He's written for big-name TV and movies. There are bunches of clips available. There are scads of down-loadable, low-cost, stirring music clips there at very low cost, plus a .99cent license fee.
