Making the F-104 Flyable

Hello everybody!

 

I wonder if somebody could possibly help me. I have all the Strike Fighters 2 'Wing Over' simulators and Expansion Packs, but unfortunately there is no flyable F-104 starfighter. Is there any way to make the stock F-104's flyable?
