Weapon data failure

I loaded up a mission after modding the weapons data ini and this happens

 

I never used the editor before and I would like to know how to fix this bug. What could be causing the weapons to vanish after so many simulated missions they were their?

First of all , What Game WOV? What patch Level 06? 08? There two editors one for 06 , an one for post 08 patch, What type of mod are you tring to do? Add a weapone ? There are abought a hundred reasons for weapons going byby. So more info is needed ,Also did you check the KB?

Wrong closing of Weapon editor can cause damage of the weapondata.ini.

Delete the edited weapondata.ini and try it again.

Happend lots of times to me, always have a weapondata.ini backed up and regularly refresh it. You probably hit the button "save as..." in the weaponeditor insteaqd of "save" First find yourself a new weapondata.ini. and sart backing it up, then come back for the next moves....
