+GrinchWSLG Posted May 2, 2012 Posted May 2, 2012 Being behind the curve sucks. At least when they're on the ground they're pretty safe. I have zero interest in working somewhere as busy as JFK. I'll stay under level 10 for my career. Quote
Stingray72 Posted May 2, 2012 Posted May 2, 2012 (edited) Nice... " Yep, you can't go on Charlie, how nice..." that cracked me up lol. Edited May 2, 2012 by Stingray72 Quote

Actually those are probably FAA controllers at Oshkosh as well. I know here in the NW we work the Arlington Airshow, which is the big one in this part of the country. Some day I'll bid it... Of course working traffic at those events is wayyy different from working the daily stuff. Lots of controllers working divided up jobs, color coordinated landing zones, no airliners, loosened rules, etc. Fun stuff though. Quote
+SupGen Posted May 2, 2012 Posted May 2, 2012 Least he's close to home though, (and the neighborhood watering hole), that's a Queens accent if I ever heard one! Quote
