For it not to be a replica, it would need to be totally or at least largely built of originally produced items from the original run. I say "largely" because many restorations replace a ton of original but badly deteriorated parts to the extent that you wonder just how much is left.

 

A replica doesn't necessarily imply it's a smaller scale, like some have been.
