Camera Zoom Control

Hello all

 

is there a way -maybe modify some ini file- to increase the zoom rate for mouse wheel when choosing it for camera zoom control? it is really slow the way it is now and i would like to change it, any help would be appreciated :)

extract the file Viewlist.ini from FlightData.CAT and try changing this value:

 

FOVRate=60.0

 

for every class of view in the file

 

the file viewlist.ini after changes must be placed in you mods installation folder/Flight

I have followed every step you mentioned and I tried many multiples of 60 but the Camera Zoom Control rate is the same for the mouse wheel :(

Try incresing the scrolling speed of your mouse wheel in your mouse control program. worked for me.

My mouse didn't come with a utility so I used the one which comes built in with windows however it had no effect in game.

You can zoom in/ zoom out by press and hold left mouse button for zomming in and right mouse button for zooming out this is faster than the mouse wheel method
