What Loads at 30%?

I've readjusted an options.ini and instantaction.ini for my Formosa install to be able to fly in instant action but the game hangs at 30% when loading.

 

I've done this to about 20 separate installs and haven't run into this problem yet.

 

Anyone know what loads at 30%?

I think there was something about the terrain, but i´m not sure. However, it fits with your issue

I suspect the terrain, also. But it loads in campaign and single missions with no problems.

 

It's a beautiful terrain, but a bit quirky.

 

Unfortunately, I don't know enough about terrains to fix this.
