Can the Journal be charged with accessory after the fact?

I know in Arizona that there would be charges filed, people thrown in jail and heads would roll.

I don't know about criminal charges, but I think this is a prime target for a civil suit.

I don't think that it will matter I think they have lost about 40% of their subscribers since this BS started. they will die a slow painful death or linger on in the same pathetic niche that MSNBC uses to stay a step above the abyss.

i don´t know your laws, but it could be criminal, not as accesory for the burglary attempt, but by privacy violation,regardless the home intrusion. You just cannot make public private stuff like that and i´m surprised nobody, if not everybody on said map-list, sued the crap out of the entity.
